Basically this is a semi-canon, modern day version of Feliciano Vargas. He might be a bit more laid back and not hyper all the time, but he is just as happy and cheerful as usual.

Appearance

Feliciano is a bit shorter than the average man with his 172 cm (5'8''), but he doesn't let that get in his way. He isn't able to hold back his emotions at all and you can easily dechiffer his mood by his expression, ranging from the excitement of a small kid at christmas to the melancholic mutter of a very old man, making him look either younger or older than his 20 years of physical age.
He's not very buff nor broad as he spends most of his time with either designing, drawing or cooking meals for anyone that would wish to visit, but he isn't completely without a build. Actually, he's surprisingly strong if he would actually get down to a fight, but that is unlikely to happen anytime soon.

Personality

As mentioned above, it's easy to read his expressions. Feliciano could easily be described as a dreamer; just as he's creative, energeting and always doing his best to see things from the bright side, he can easily give up on things which is too difficult for him to achieve. Some would call him weak and lazy while Feliciano doesn't understand why people do things they dislike instead of enjoying life as it is today.
He's enthuiastic yet laid back, really happy to make friends and very easy to get along with. Of course he can get mad and irritated, but he rarely ever show that side to him to others.
Also, as a idealistic dreamer, he usually has his head in the cloud and thus he can be quite a ditz.
Other than that, he's a quite wise lad when it comes down to it, wise enough to be a coward and not risk his life unless he really has to. It's a flaw that he's aware of, but he doesn't want to change that as he have always been lucky and helped out of the most tricky situations.
